B-Series Controller – Power Supply
The B-Series turbo molecular pump digital controller is a high-speed programmable
device. Its functional mode is persistent and stable, and the parameters settings are
accurate. The power supply part of the controller has protection functions to prevent it
from strong over currents, inaccurate power operation, abrupt power deceleration
speed, over-heat of the power plug, over-heat of the turbo molecular pump, and the
function of tracing frequency from the upper to lower bearing.
The controller power supply is installed internally with a high efficiency output matching transformer which has the extra overload capacity and a very low exothermic function. It is extremely suitable for a long-time persistent operation. Functionality of external controlled interface is convenient to constitute multimode operations.<‘h5>
